Message What is it about the Z community that sets it apart from other car communities?

A: Tons of knowledge and truly helpful people.

Is it the aesthetics or the mechanical composition that attracts you to the Z?

A: Both, I love how the car looks, sounds, and feels. All of this is because it is a very well designed car. Even thoughmy Z is not running, I can not stop tinkering and doing simple mods.

What makes the Z different from owning another type of hot rod?

A: I wouldn't really call it a hot-rod, it's more than that. maybe thats what sets it apart.

Do you find yourself having personal relationship with others based on your shared love for the Z?

A: yes, we instantly have something in common. My dream girl would already own her own Z.

How would you classify the Z community? Family? Fraternity? Friends? Acquaintances?

A: I liken it to friends that I don't know i have yet. I could be half way across the country, and come across another Z and waste hours "talking Z" with someone i just met.

Does owning a Z mean more than just owning a car?

A: Yes, owning a Z means weekends are now spent washing, fixing, and driving, the Z

If you couldn't drive the Z what would you drive?

A: I can't drive my Z right now, so I drive my '91 Cavalier. I would like to eventually get a G35/Audi S6/M3 luxury sports sedan.

Are you part of any local clubs? If so how involved are you?

A: OKZCC Night shift work hinders most of my involvement, but I go to every event I can on the weekends.

Have you met any people in the Z community that have become close friends?

A: Haven't met too many people in person from here (TT.NET) and I'm still working on remembering people's names @ OKZCC

What is it that would entice people to join the Z community?

A: same answer as # 1 and:
Z's are not dime-a-dozen. There are tons of honda & mustang clubs, the Z community is kind of exclusive.

Good luck!

Yes, I know the front wheel is a left hand wheel, but I've got three of 'em, and I'm gonna worry about that after I get it running again.
